We sell gift boxes containing various items.

For example, we compile order and delivery data to ensure that we have your products in stock and to understand which products are more popular than other products. No profiling takes place within the framework of this processing.

If you participate in a competition, event or other activity that we organize, we use your personal data to carry out the competition, event or activity, for example to register your participation, to communicate with you about the activity and, where applicable, to publish information about winners on our websites and in our digital channels.

This is so that we can continuously provide an even better shopping experience and customer service. No profiling takes place within the framework of this processing.

6. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA?

Below we describe which recipients we share your personal data with. Which recipients we share your personal data with depends on how you interact with us. Unless we have stated otherwise below, the recipient is responsible for their own handling of your personal data.

We share personal data with:

Service providers

In order to process personal data, we share personal data with service providers that we have engaged. These service providers provide, for example, IT and communication services (which enable us to send you messages and newsletters) or storage services. When the service providers process personal data on our behalf and according to our instructions, they are data processors for us and we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. The service providers may not use your personal data for their own purposes and they are obliged by law and agreement with us to protect your data.

Payment service providers

We use payment service providers to handle your payment when you place an order on our websites and therefore share personal data with them for the same purpose.

Conveyors

To process your order and deliver your ordered goods to you, we share personal data with the carriers we have hired to transport the goods.

Collaboration partners

To manage our relationship with partners, we share personal data with them for the same purpose. For example, we share personal data with marketing platforms we partner with to be able to pay the correct commission on purchases generated through marketing with the partner.

Request that the processing of your personal data be restricted under certain circumstances and you can then, at least for a certain period of time, stop us from using your personal data other than to, for example, handle and respond to legal claims or to comply with legal obligations to which we have.  

Move your data (data portability) under certain circumstances by requesting to receive a copy of the personal data concerning you in a structured format (data portability) that you can transmit to another recipient.
