Ordering

Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right to refrain from printing and attaching the image to the gift box when handling the product "Own Photo" if the image uploaded by the customer is of an offensive nature.
Price and payment
All purchases on the Website are made in Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices include VAT of 6-25%. Prices do not always include fees for shipping, invoice payment, etc., which in such cases are stated separately at checkout. The final price is confirmed by Lovebox Sweden AB in connection with the final confirmation being sent to the Customer.
The Customer can pay in the ways specified on the Website, including invoice payment, partial payment, Swish, credit card payment and direct payment. All types of payment methods are made via Lovebox Sweden AB's partner Kustom (klarna), its payment solution Kustom Checkout, Swish or Paypal. By providing information at the checkout, the Customer also accepts Klarna's terms and conditions. Kustom Checkout presents certain information to the Customer as soon as the Customer is identified, this may also apply to Paypal. The information that needs to be provided to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly in Kustom Checkout, but only if necessary depending on the payment option the Customer has chosen. Credit information taken by Kustom does not affect the Customer's creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit information, e.g. banks. Once the Customer has been identified, Kustom Checkout displays which options are available. The options offered to the Customer may change from time to time.

Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods and to change the payment method if the one chosen by the Customer for some reason does not work at the time of purchase or the Customer is not approved for the chosen payment method.
Offers
Lovebox Sweden AB may from time to time offer different types of campaigns and offers on the Website. Specific terms and conditions may apply to these campaigns, for example regarding the time during which the campaign is valid and which goods are covered by the campaign. Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right to withdraw such campaigns at any time, whereby these Terms and Conditions shall apply without change. Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right to refuse or change a Customer's order if there is suspicion of irregularities in connection with the Customer's use of the campaign or offer. Different campaigns or offers cannot be combined with each other unless otherwise stated in the offer. Campaigns and offers do not apply retroactively.
Delivery and transportation
The delivery of the Customer's goods takes place, unless otherwise stated, to the address specified by the Customer. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days from the first working day after confirmed order, depending on the chosen shipping method if more than one shipping method is displayed as an option at checkout. The cost of delivery depends on the choice of shipping options, which in such cases are presented to the Customer at checkout.
Should any of the ordered goods have a significantly longer delivery time than the other goods, Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right to split the order after consultation with the customer. In such a situation, the customer will not be charged any additional fees for subsequent deliveries.
Lovebox Sweden AB always strives for the fastest possible delivery. If the package has not been delivered within 7 working days from the time the shipment was handed over to the carrier, we promise a full refund of the order amount if the customer so wishes.
If Lovebox Sweden AB is unable to deliver the Customer's order within the promised time for any reason, the Customer will be notified via email or telephone. In these cases, the Customer always has the option to cancel the purchase by contacting customer service at [email protected]. In the event of cancellation, the amount will be returned to the account that was debited at the time of purchase. No compensation other than a refund will be paid in the event of a delivery delay.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the Customer has the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days from the date on which the Customer received the ordered goods. The right of cancellation applies provided that the goods are in essentially unchanged condition and that no seal or packaging has been broken. When the Customer exercises the right of cancellation, the Customer is responsible for any cost of return shipping and is also responsible for the condition of the goods after the Customer has received the goods and during the return shipping. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the time the Customer notifies Lovebox Sweden AB that the Customer wishes to exercise their right of cancellation. For goods that are specially adapted with, for example, photos and seals on gift boxes, the right of cancellation according to the Distance Contracts Act does not apply.
If the Customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Lovebox Sweden via email at [email protected] for obtaining a return number (RN) and shipping label. The return shipping costs 59 SEK and is deducted from the amount refunded to the customer when Lovebox Sweden AB has received the return.
If the Customer has already paid for the goods, and unless the parties agree otherwise, a refund will be made to the account that was debited at the time of purchase. Such refund will normally be made within 14 days. From the amount to be refunded, Lovebox Sweden AB has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to the Customer having handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their characteristics.
Complaint
The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. If there is a fault with any item or if an item is missing, the Customer must contact Lovebox Sweden AB's customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible after the fault is discovered. In connection with the complaint, the order number and reason for the complaint must be stated. The Customer must request a so-called RN (return number) and a shipping label that is then valid for 14 days. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in good time.
Defective goods returned to Lovebox Sweden AB should be treated as if they were flawless. It is extremely important for all types of returns that the goods are packaged in such a way that there is no risk of damage.
Lovebox Sweden AB is always responsible for return shipping when it comes to damaged or faulty goods, i.e. for approved complaints. When the complained item has been returned and Lovebox Sweden AB has approved the complaint, the Customer will be compensated. Lovebox Sweden AB's liability is, however, limited to the value of the goods and any return costs. If the Customer has already paid for the goods, and provided that the parties do not agree otherwise, a refund will be made to the account that was debited at the time of purchase. Such refund is normally made within 14 days.
Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint and a fault cannot be proven, a fee of SEK 299 incl. VAT will be charged for costs attributable to Lovebox Sweden AB's administration, shipping, return shipping and handling of the case. Shipments that do not have an RN (return number) will be returned to the sender and the shipping cost will be charged.
Limitation of liability
Lovebox Sweden AB is a reseller of products and any questions or issues regarding the individual products are primarily referred to the manufacturer or supplier of the specific product. For products marked Packed by Lovebox Sweden AB, or where we are listed as the responsible party on the packaging, we act as the direct contact party for questions and complaints.
Furthermore, Lovebox Sweden AB does not take responsibility for any changes to products or product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond Lovebox Sweden AB's control. Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right to make corrections for any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. Force majeure
Lovebox Sweden AB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Lovebox Sweden AB's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in legislation or government regulations, technical problems, extreme weather conditions, failures in electrical/telephone/data connections or other communications, and failures or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here. If the circumstance has lasted longer than 2 months, both the Customer and Lovebox Sweden AB have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Changes to terms and conditions
Lovebox Sweden AB reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time and without the Customer's prior approval. Any such changes will be published on the Website. Changes will apply from the time the Customer has accepted the Terms and Conditions through a new purchase or visit to the Website.
Validity of provisions
