In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the Customer has the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days from the date on which the Customer received the ordered goods. The right of cancellation applies provided that the goods are in essentially unchanged condition and that no seal or packaging has been broken. When the Customer exercises the right of cancellation, the Customer is responsible for any cost of return shipping and is also responsible for the condition of the goods after the Customer has received the goods and during the return shipping. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the time the Customer notifies Lovebox Sweden AB that the Customer wishes to exercise their right of cancellation . For goods that are food or specially adapted with, for example, a photo and seal on gift boxes or otherwise modified to be a suitable gift in a special gift box and thus cannot be resold individually or in another gift box, the right of cancellation does not apply. The purchase can only be canceled by the customer and not by the recipient of the gift.
If the Customer has already paid for the goods, and provided that the parties do not agree otherwise, a refund will be made to the account that was debited at the time of purchase. Such refund is normally made within 14 days. From the amount to be refunded, Lovebox Sweden AB has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to the Customer having handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their properties. If the Customer has received a return shipping label sent to him from Lovebox Sweden to use for the right of withdrawal, the cost of the return shipping (currently SEK 69) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the Customer.
